Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixPass platform operated by GVP Studio LLC ("PixPass," "we," "us," or "our") at globalvisaphoto.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use PixPass.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixPass, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use PixPass on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PixPass is an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps users verify and ensure their visa, passport, and ID photos meet official requirements. Our service includes:

  • AI-powered photo compliance analysis and verification
  • Automated specification matching against official requirements
  • Intelligent face detection and framing assessment
  • File size and dimension compliance checking
  • Multi-country specification support

3. Account and Usage

3.1 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using our service
  • Use PixPass only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to access our service without permission

3.2 Acceptable Use

You may not use PixPass to:

  • Process photos of individuals without their consent
  • Create fraudulent or misleading identity documents
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to analyze them solely for the purpose of delivering our compliance verification service.

Our Software: The PixPass platform, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of GVP Studio LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed before you confirm any purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of paid features at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Policy

Because PixPass delivers digital compliance verification services (analysis reports and compliance results), purchases are generally non-refundable once the verification results have been delivered to you.

6.2 Technical Compliance Refund

We stand behind the accuracy of our verification. If a photo verified as compliant by PixPass is rejected by an official authority due to a technical fault attributable to our verification (such as incorrect dimension assessment, wrong background color validation, or non-compliant file size analysis), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must provide a copy of the official rejection notice or letter
  • The rejection must be due to a specification that PixPass verified as compliant
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase

6.3 Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • User error (e.g., selecting the wrong country specification, uploading a low-quality source photo)
  • Subjective complaints about appearance or aesthetics
  • Rejections unrelated to the specifications PixPass verified
  • Changes of mind after verification results have been delivered

6.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  1. Your order ID or transaction reference
  2. A copy of the official rejection notice
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixPass is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that photos verified by PixPass will be accepted by any specific government agency, embassy, or other authority. Photo acceptance decisions are made solely by the receiving authority and may depend on factors beyond the specifications we verify.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GVP Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Missed flights or travel disruptions
  • Denied visa or passport applications
  • Lost travel expenses or trip costs
  • Delays in document processing
  • Any other losses arising from reliance on our service

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of PixPass shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PixPass shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PixPass at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and governing law) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of PixPass after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
